Matthew 17:1-5Podcast:
Lord LoversThis Sunday is our second to last sermon in the series of “I am therefore We are.” This week we emphasize how God is a lawgiver. The law was a gift, and it was a gift that the Psalmists took delight in. As Christians, what does it mean to take delight in God’s law? Or better put, what does it mean to delight in God’s law as fulfilled in Jesus? This issue of delighting really has to do with a challenge to grow in passionate faith in Jesus.

Romans 8:14-17;
Hebrews 12:5-11Podcast:
I AM, therefore we are His BelovedThis Sunday we dive into the concept of God as Father and how that title influences our ability to be called His children. The connection we will be making is how when we become children of the Father, we are brought into this process of sharing with Christ in his suffering. Yes, we will also share in his ‘glorification’ (Romans 8:16), but until that day comes, when we suffer and when we walk alongside those who do, we are bearing an important mark of what it means to be a Christian.

Deuteronomy 7:6-11;
I Peter 1:17-19Podcast:
I AM therefore We are: RedeemedThis Sunday we focus on God as our Redeemer. Because God is our Redeemer, we are the redeemed! It’s a powerful word, and better understanding who God is as our Redeemer provides for us a much richer sense of what it means to be bought and brought into God’s family.
