Every children’s and youth ministry at ResLife is led by people the elder board has specifically approved, who have passed criminal background checks and child-protection training. Read our Minor Protection Policy.
Nursery
An on-site nursery for pre-kindergarten children runs from 9:50 through the end of the worship service. Every nursery worker is background-checked, trained and approved by the elders.
Discipleship Time
Our name for “Sunday school.” Age-grouped classes that make the Bible understandable and fun: Sprouts (0–4), Poppins (K–3), Kindles (grades 4–6) and Cultivate (grades 7–12). See the calendar for dates.
Youth Group
Beyond Sunday’s Cultivate class, the ResLife Youth Group makes time for recreation, service and learning together. Married and single adult leaders model Christ-centred living and help teens make the faith their own — not just their parents’. At least one retreat a year, usually with like-minded churches.
We also want to help parents in their calling to “bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord” (Ephesians 6:4). If you have questions about any of this, ask any leader on Sunday.
