A small church with a big table.
ResLife is a growing, multigenerational church family in Apex. We’re not a big production. We’re people learning to live loved — and making room for you.
To discover the joy of belonging to Jesus with resurrection life.
How we got here
In 2014, a handful of people started meeting for worship in Pastor Mark Knetsch’s living room. The first baptisms came in 2015. By 2016 we’d outgrown the house and moved into rented space.
We’re a member church of Eastern Carolina Presbytery in the Presbyterian Church in America. Mostly, though, we’re a family that wants to help one another discover the joy of belonging to Jesus.
What we care about
Welcoming seekers, encouraging believers
Difficult church history? No church background? Brand-new faith or decades of it, from any denomination — you’re welcome here. Our hope is that everyone finds the resurrection life that’s in Jesus, now and forever.
Rooted, and reaching out
We hold Reformed and Presbyterian convictions as expressed in the Westminster Confession and Catechisms, and gladly count as family every church that faithfully keeps God’s Word and the sacraments. We partner in mission well beyond our own denomination.
Whole-life discipleship
Jesus is Lord of all of life, so we teach the Bible in a way you can understand and use on Monday. We want you to find your identity in Christ and live it out as a family member, student, worker, neighbour and worshiper.
We’d love to meet you.
Come this Sunday, or send a note first. Either way, there’s a seat with your name on it.
